Tour Itinaery - 3N Hanoi, 1N Halong Bay Cruise, 3N Danang, 2N Hochimen
DAY 1: HANOI CITY ARIVAL – CITY TOUR
For airport pick-up before 7AM, there will be additional surcharge applicable.
Welcome to Hanoi City, the capital city of Vietnam.
Upon arrival, welcomed by the local tour guide and transfer to the down town. Check in your hotel (normal check in time is 14.00/15.00).
Afternoon, visit Ba Dinh Square – the biggest square in Hanoi where all the biggest cultural, political events of the cities, especially demonstrations, take place. Start our visit at the Complex of Ho Chi Minh including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (from outside only as it closes in the afternoon), Ho Chi Minh’s house-on-stilts, his fishpond and the One-Pillar Pagoda. Continue visit Train Street – a tiny narrow street hidden in one of the back streets of Hanoi and surrounded by high narrow houses packed closely together. These families’ backyards are the railways where the train passes a few times per day. Later, we visit the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake and then take a leisure walk around the Old Quarter of Hanoi, a fascinating network of narrow alleys and shop houses also known as ‘The 36 Streets’ – each street being named after the merchandise traditionally sold there, ranging from fabrics, medicines to crafts. Transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 2: HANOI – HOA LU – TAM COC – HANOI (B)
Breakfast at hotel. A 90km driving south of Hanoi will lead you to Ninh Binh, the site of the one capital city of ancient Vietnam before Hanoi took its leading role in 11th century. The area is featured by lots of well-known sceneries, which include Tam Coc Caves and Hoa Lu ancient capital with the old temples dedicated to King Dinh & King Le reigned in 10th century. The visit in Ninh Binh starts by a boat trip in Tam Coc where spectacular limestone karsts jut out from the green paddy fields reminding about Guilin (China) and Halong Bay of Vietnam, which gives this scenery the name “Halong-bay-on-land”. Further discovery in Ninh Binh will be continued by visiting Bich Dong Pagoda. Afternoon drive back Hanoi, on the way, stop to visit Hoa Lu, the site that used to be the kings’ palace in 10th century and now famous for the wooden relieves of the shady Dinh and Le temples. Late afternoon back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 3: HANOI - HALONG BAY – TRANSFER VIA THE EXPRESSWAY - OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE (B/L/D)

Morning, we will drive via the expressway (2.5 – 3 hours driving) to Halong, one of the earliest World Heritages Sited designated by UNESCO for Vietnam in 1994.
Check-in our boat and enjoy a lunch of fresh seafood while the boat goes about unusual seascape with thousands picturesque rocks and islets, beaches and hollow islands. We can stop to visit some karsts grottoes or just go swimming, or stop at a beach and enjoy the sunset on the sea. Lunch and dinner with local food on board. Overnight on the boat in Halong Bay.

DAY 4: HALONG – HANOI – TRANSFER VIA THE OLD ROAD ( LB/B or BR)
You should wake up early to enjoy the dawn on the sea in the early morning. The Vietnamese call the “East Sea” by a point-oriented name “Eastern Sea”, so you may guess how miraculous seeing the sunrise over the islets of the Bay. After light breakfast our boat will continue to cruise in marvelous areas, where almost each islet has its own name, adopting its shape or reminiscent like Sail Island, Fisherman’s head rock, Butterfly rock or Turtle islet etc. Fully breakfast or brunch will local food will be served on board.
Disembark and transfer back to Hanoi via the old road (3.5 – 4 hours driving)
Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel & check in.

DAY 5: DANANG – MORNING FLIGHT TO DANANG – CITY TOUR (B)

Morning transfer to the airport for your flight to Danang City, (air tickets quoted separately)
Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.
Afternoon, proceed for city tour, starting with the Marble Mountains, you'll see a cluster of five marble and limestone hills. Here, you'll be able to explore natural caves, visit a Buddhist pagoda and admire sweeping views from the summits. Then to Son Tra Peninsula, you'll have the chance to see panoramic ocean views and the Giant Lady Buddha Statue, the tallest statue in Vietnam. Back to the city centre, you'll visit the Dragon Bridge, featuring a 666-metre steel dragon, and Han Market, a two-storey market dating back to the 40s. Here, you'll find local produce, handicrafts, clothing, accessories and souvenirs. Overnight in Danang
DAY 6: DANANG – BA NA HILLS WITH THE GOLDEN BRIDGE – DANANG (B)
Breakfast at hotel.
Morning transfer to Ba Na Hills for discover this beautiful attraction in Da Nang city. You will take a cable car to the summit of mountain (at 1487m of sea level). Start visiting Ba Na Hill with many different attractions: Funicular, Le Jardin D’Amour, Linh Ung pagoda, Thich Ca Buddist statue, etc. Overnight in Danang

DAY 7: DANANG – CAM THANH COCONUT VILLAGE – HOIAN ANCIENT TOWN TOUR – DANANG (B)
Breakfast at hotel
Morning transfer to Cam Thanh coconut village. Here, you will experience basket boat ride around the coconut forest, learn about the daily life of Vietnamese fishermen, their families and their community. You will surely experience the feeling of floating on the waves of water and join a equally fun basket boat race between the baskets together in the cheering and bustling music drum. Board on boat and commence cruising on the Cua Dai River. Coconut forest is a very unique eco region, with a beautiful mangrove forest, is the habitat of many precious animals such as, crab, shrimp, fish and even animals soft body. Local people will teach you how to paddle the Vietnamese unique bamboo basket boat. You will hear stories of past wars and the harsh conditions that soldiers have to endure. Back to Hoian town.
Afternoon, take an interesting walk over the tile-roofed Japanese Bridge, visit taciturn Chinese Assembly Halls, enjoy the attractiveness of ancient houses or listen to folk music of Central Vietnam at old club-houses. Later we can stop at shrines or stroll into the market located by Thu Bon river, where you may find the same feelings of the artists, who see the rooftops of Hoian a magical old world of Oriental feel and source of inspiration. This is also a wonderful town to shop for lanterns, soft silk, raw silk, or get your clothes tailored within a day. Overnight in Danang
DAY 8: DANANG – MORNING FLIGHT TO HOCHIMINH – CITY TOUR (B)

Morning transfer to the airport for your flight to Hochiminh City, City also called as Saigon, the most dynamic city in Vietnam. (air tickets quoted separately)
Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.
Afternoon, we start the city tour with War Remnants Museum. Then proceed to the colonial-styled Central Post Office - one of the city’s major landmarks. Have a walking tour on Nguyen Hue street to take the photos of the Opera House (outside) and the Ho Chi Minh Committee (outside). From here, walking to Ben Thanh Market one of the most typical symbol of Saigon to experience the daily life of the locals and do shopping the hand-made goods there. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh
DAY 9: HO CHI MINH – CU CHI TUNNELS – HO CHI MINH (B)

A half day visit Cu Chi tunnels - the network of over 200km of tunnels became legendary when they played a vital role in the War. In their heyday, the tunnels were functioning underground cities including numerous trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers & kitchens. After a short introduction video showing how the tunnels were constructed, you will have a chance to crawl into a short section of the tunnels to feel the oppressive narrowness and heat inside.. Return to Ho Chi Minh in the afternoon.

DAY 10: HO CHI MINH DEPARTURE (B)

Free at leisure until transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
